Job Requirements: Completed degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Accounting, or related fields.
Responsibilities:
• Monitor physical inventory, control stock movements, and prepare inventory reports
• Issue and follow up on purchase orders with suppliers
• Coordinate and track import and export operations, including logistics documentation
• Follow up on deliveries to ensure timely and accurate deliver of goods
• Maintain accurate records in ERP
• Maintain organized physical and digital records of all logistics and financial documentation
Qualifications/ Experience: Experience in warehouse operations. The ability to speak English or Portuguese will be considered a plus. Strong skills in using computers and systems, good communication abilities to interact with different people and companies, and agility in handling daily routines are required. Availability to work on-site, Monday to Friday, during regular business hours is mandatory. Location: Lomas de Zamora.
