Coordinates the daily operations of the residency program office under the direct supervision of the Residency Program Director. Supports Program Director, Chief Residents, Resident Physicians, and Faculty to ensure a smooth and effective educational environment. Comprehends training program regulations according to the appropriate accrediting body and integrates those requirements into the daily activities of the program. Monitors resident compliance with academic requirements and compiles and submits reports including quarterly CHEP reports, AMA/FRIEDA reports, WebADS and GME Track, GMEC reports, and duty hour compliance. Coordinates intern/resident applicant interviewing process and match, including daily downloads from ERAS and other web sources, reviewing and screening applicants, coordination of interview schedules, producing reports on applicant interviews and scoring, and coordination of the program rank meeting and match day activities. Maintains resident rotation schedules, evaluations, annual training requirements, and portfolios in New Innovations and other data entry systems as required by the accrediting body and the Program. Assists Residency Program Director with the development and input of program documents such as the PIF, updates, curriculum vitas, curriculum, etc. Ensures the smooth operations of the department through education administration. May oversee a department secretary. Performs other duties as assigned or directed by the Residency Program Director and Graduate Medical Education Administration to ensure the smooth operations of the department. Work Experience: • 2+ years of administrative or related work experience in an office environment [Required]

Additional Information: • An equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of the stated degree requirement: -Bachelor's Degree OR 4+ years of related work experience [Required]

Licenses and Certifications: • Training Administrators in Graduate Medical Education (C-TAGME) [Preferred]

Pay Range:

$20.97 - $38.99 Background Screening Requirement (Florida Law)
