Supports the development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy. Assists in the development and execution of leadership development programs and initiatives to build a strong leadership pipeline. Partners with business leaders to understand their needs and provide HR support and guidance. Conducts needs assessments to identify skill gaps and development opportunities for employees. Facilitates training sessions and workshops to enhance employee skills and knowledge. Provides coaching and mentoring to employees to support their career development and growth. Collaborates with the HR team to design and implement employee engagement initiatives. Analyzes HR metrics and data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement. Supports the recruitment and onboarding process to ensure a positive candidate experience. Manages employee relations issues and provides guidance on performance management and disciplinary actions. Develops and maintains strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration. Participates in HR projects and initiatives to support the overall HR strategy and goals. Other duties as assigned.Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: • Highly proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and Teams; adept with SharePoint [Required] • Excellent oral and written communication skills [Required] • Possesses strong skills in the area of organization, prioritization, and managing multiple priorities within tight deadlines; Ability to complete large amounts of work effectively and efficiently [Required] • Demonstrated superior matrix management and partnering skills; Ability to thrive in a dynamic hands-on environment that requires a consultative approach and solutions that span multiple business units [Required] • Ability to learn and use strong business acumen to support strategic alignment of initiatives [Required] • Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships; Ability to quickly build relationships and diplomatically negotiate common approach; Ability to interact with all levels of management, including experience working with and supporting C-Suite level executives; Ability to work collaboratively and individually to achieve stated goals [Required] • Working knowledge of or aptitude to learn human resources disciplines applicable for assigned duties [Required] • Problem-solving and critical-thinking skills [Required] • Ability to handle confidential matters with maximum discretion [Required] • Strong project management skills [Preferred]
Education: • Bachelor's [Required]
Field of Study: • in Business Administration, Economics, Health Care, Information Systems, Statistics or a related field
Work Experience: • 4+ experience with event planning, human resources function within healthcare environment or working in healthcare industry, preferably in a hospital setting [Required]
