About the role
We are looking for proactive Marketing Assistant Trainees to join our dynamic teams. This position is ideal for recent graduates eager to gain hands-on experience across marketing, digital campaigns, and market research. You will support key marketing initiatives, assist in content creation, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to help execute marketing strategies successfully.
This opportunity is part of our Early Career program - “FirstStep@AbbVie”.
Key Responsibilities
1) Marketing Support
Assist in planning and executing marketing campaignsContribute to the creation of promotional materials (brochures, newsletters, social media content)Support event coordination, product launches, and brand activations2) Digital Marketing
Help develop email marketing campaigns and newslettersSupport the monitoring of digital marketing performance using analytics tools3) Market Research & Analysis
Assist in competitor and market research to identify trends and opportunitiesSupport marketing data analysis and prepare reports4) Administrative & Team Support
Help maintain marketing databases and update customer recordsAssist in preparing presentations, reports, and documentationCoordinate with suppliers, agencies, and internal teams as needed Master’s degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Biomedical Sciences, or similarProficiency in Portuguese and EnglishStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work independently and collaborativelyHighly organized with attention to detail and a proactive mindsetBasic understanding of digital marketing and content creationProficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with design tools is a plusWhat you can expect (First Step @AbbVie)
