Based in the Brisbane CBD office this sought-after role presents you with a fantastic opportunity to utilise and further enhance your strong administration and interpersonal skills. Supporting the Queensland-based Tenant Advisory team, you will actively collaborate with our teams nationally on a variety of initiatives to accelerate and celebrate the success of our teams and clients alike.
Some of your key responsibilities will include:
Provide administrative support to the National Director of Tenant Advisory and several senior operatives within the teamDiary & email management - ensure appropriate times are provided for meetings and work in progress, monitor email messages, maintain National Director’s to-do list and prioritise/action accordinglyAssist in the production of marketing materials – submissions, marketing briefs, client case studies, bi-monthly updates, quarterly newsletters, social media tiles etc.Maintain accurate records of business plans, budgets and financial reports in confidential mannerCoordinate travel and accommodation bookings where necessary and recovery of expenses from clients where appropriateWorking with Agent’s to co-ordinate the collations of reports, submissions and other documentationCoordinating and participating in team meetingsUpdate company database, including listing information, and uploading to website as required or requested by operators to ensure that client and property information is accurate Recent and relevant experience demonstrating skills in a similar transferable role (preferably within residential or commercial real estate)A motivated self-starter with a positive and proactive approach to team-based initiativesHigh attention to detail coupled with strong organisational and interpersonal skillsBe meticulous in your work with strong attention to detailIntermediate to Advanced MS Office skills including Word, Excel & PowerPointAbility to multi-task and manage competing prioritiesKnowledge of Adobe InDesign would be highly regarded, though not essential Please apply with your CV or call Kate Dobbie - Associate Director | Careers on 07 3026 3309 for more information.
