Domino's Pizza is seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Assistant Manager to join our team at our 12416 Dixie Highway location in Louisville, United States. As an Assistant Manager, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring smooth daily operations, maintaining high standards of customer service, and leading our dedicated team to success.
Oversee all aspects of store operations during your shift, including cost controls, inventory management, and cash handlingEnsure excellent customer service by setting a positive example and maintaining high standardsManage and motivate team members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environmentImplement and enforce company policies and procedures consistentlyHandle staffing, scheduling, and paperwork efficientlyMaintain store cleanliness and adhere to food safety standardsAssist in marketing initiatives and work towards achieving profitability goalsOperate all equipment and prepare products according to company standardsProcess telephone orders and manage inventory effectivelyCollaborate with the store manager to improve overall performance and customer satisfaction Valid driver's license with 1-2 years of driving experience (depending on age)Clean driving record and ability to pass a criminal background checkReliable transportation with proof of auto insuranceStrong leadership skills and a desire to guide and develop team membersExcellent multitasking abilities and attention to detailSuperior customer service skills and a friendly, professional demeanorBasic math skills and proficiency in cash handlingKnowledge of food safety practices and regulationsFlexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidaysPhysical ability to stand for extended periods, lift heavy items, and work in a fast-paced environmentTeam management experience preferred but not requiredHigh school diploma or equivalent BENEFITS:
