Lead and supervise shifts, ensuring smooth daily operations and adherence to company standardsManage employee scheduling, training, and performance to build a motivated and efficient teamHandle cash management, including register reconciliation, deposits, and financial accuracyInteract professionally and empathetically with customers to resolve concerns and ensure satisfactionAnswer phones, take orders, and provide accurate information in a timely mannerMaintain store cleanliness and organization, setting an example for team membersAnalyze operational metrics and identify opportunities for improvement and cost optimizationDelegate tasks effectively and provide constructive feedback to support team developmentLift and move items up to 25 pounds regularly as part of daily operationsCollaborate with store leadership to implement new initiatives and drive business goalsDemonstrate problem-solving skills to address challenges decisively and transparently **Required Skills & Competencies:**
