About Our Business Vendor Consultant Program in Amazon RBS organization is to own operational business metrics and associated tasks for JP AVS vendors. These include business metrics that require minimal financial judgement or commercial negotiations needed. We aim to deliver this through a dedicated team of vendor consultants, who will act as the primary owner of business metrics for their assigned set of vendors. Our primary customer is our vendors, who subscribe to the AVS service with the intent to get a customized service that will augment their growth on Amazon. To be able to delight our customer, we will aim to provide a high-quality service that exceeds our vendor’s expectations by driving their growth on Amazon by improving metric performance. About the Role Program Manager: Program Manager in Vendor Consultant Program will be responsible for VCP new model launch in JP by partnering with Japan Retail Product Family POCs and WW VCP teams. You will manage business growth for some of the most influential Selling Partners (vendors) on Amazon, ensuring Selling Partner satisfaction with the program through a high level of service and service standards. This role will partner with Worldwide stakeholders, partnering teams, Vendor Consultants, Brand Specialist to establish and streamline services, define top business problems, program roadmap, identify new opportunities, through influencing stakeholders and leading solution building. Key job responsibilities As a Program Manager in Retail Business Services (RBS), you will be responsible for Vendor Consultant Programs transformation in JP, by partnering with Japan Retail Product Family POCs and WW VCP to ensure VCP new model launch in JP successfully。You will manage business growth for some of the most influential Selling Partners (vendors) on Amazon, ensuring Selling Partner satisfaction with the program through a high level of service and service standards. This role will partner with Worldwide stakeholders, partnering teams, Vendor Consultants, Brand-owners to establish and streamline services, define top business problems, program roadmap, identify new opportunities, through influencing stakeholders and leading solution building. Key Performance Areas: • Program plan and delivery management independently in a dynamic environment • Influence stakeholders and drive alignment on program priorities, goals and roadmap • Identify new opportunities to initiate sub-programs • Influence stakeholders priorities and roadmap • Make trade-off decisions and understand when and how to escalate appropriately • Develop solutions and lead implementation • Advocator and practitioner of using technology to solve business problem.
