About this role
As the Quality & Benchmarking Specialist, you will support the development and execution of quality systems for Reliability & Maintenance Engineering (RME). You will assist field teams in building decision-making tools for site managers, evaluate Fulfillment Center RME performance data, and help implement best practices to improve reliability metrics. You will contribute to driving Amazon RME towards World Class Maintenance. Key job responsibilities Key job responsibilities include, but are not limited to: You will develop and maintain parts cage quality standards by tracking quality data, monitoring vendor defect rates, and executing standard work processes for parts quality management You will build risk-based forecasting tools that help site maintenance leaders prioritize work based on asset failure probability and support central reliability teams in developing tracking automation for audit mechanisms You will execute RME standard work procedures for maintenance quality, timing, and structure across assigned sites, while conducting regular field audits to measure performance against best practices You will drive Continuous Improvement initiatives using AMS Standards and support the validation of Program Management (PM) processes that meet safety and effectiveness standards You will be able to travel domestically up to 80%
