About the Role: As the Business Developer III, Staffing Strategy, you will lead the design and execution of staffing initiatives across the RME network. You will partner with senior leaders, HR, and cross-functional teams to develop scalable strategies that attract, retain, and grow a diverse workforce. This role is critical to building an equitable, high-performing organization that supports Amazon's continued growth and operational excellence. Key job responsibilities • You will drive the development and execution of staffing strategy programs that align workforce supply with RME network demand, partnering with HR and Operations leaders to close headcount gaps at scale • You will lead staffing initiatives across the RME network by designing programs, tracking progress against goals, and influencing leaders to embed equitable practices into hiring and talent decisions • You will build and maintain program reporting frameworks, executive-level dashboards, and decision-support tools that enable senior leaders to monitor staffing health and inclusion metrics • You will facilitate cross-functional working sessions and stakeholder alignment across HR, Finance, Legal, and Field Operations to drive adoption of staffing and inclusion best practices • You will identify trends, surface insights, and deliver clear recommendations to senior leadership on workforce composition, representation gaps, and program effectiveness across the RME network A day in the life Amazon Benefits: Amazon offers a full range of benefits that support you and eligible family members, including domestic partners and their children.
