MULTIPLE POSITIONS AVAILABLE Employer: Amazon.com Services LLC Offered Position: Technical CSM III– AMZ004588 Job Location: New York, New York Position Responsibilities: Serves as a subject matter expert on the MCF Customer onboarding journey and technical integration aspects (including APIs and third part applications). Lead strategic merchant end to- end customer onboarding and technical integration plans within Ecommerce and Fulfillment. Consolidate international customer feedback and requirements related to onboarding, API and integrations to influence the MCF Product development roadmap. Own internal as well as customer-facing operating procedures and develop process improvement programs. Own issue escalation with program ownership related to onboarding, integration and APIs.
