• Provide exceptional?customer service?by addressing and resolving client needs quickly.
• Process sales transactions?accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system, including cash, credit, and debit payments.
• Handle cash and change securely, ensuring accurate cash management throughout the shift.
• Issue receipts, process returns and exchanges?and ensure that all transactions are documented correctly.
• Educate customers?on our sales and promotions.
• Maintain?checkout area organized and welcoming?enhancing the shopping experience.
