Job Summary: This role provides leadership and direction to the Maintenance department and its staff members. This is a three-shift rotation position with a two week rotation. Required Education and Experience:
• Millwright and/or Electrical and/or Tool & Die trades certification and/or combination of 5-10 years of Supervisory/ management experience in a manufacturing environment • Excellent English Communication Skills (oral and written) • Basic knowledge in computer software for windows • Working knowledge of E-Maintenance or similar maintenance program would be preferred • Knowledge of IATF certifications and audits • Excellent organizational and time management skills • Strong leadership and problem solving skills • Excellent knowledge in operating maintenance tools and equipment • Press Experience would be an asset. • Familiar with the Occupational Health and Safety
