Our Assistant Store Manager is responsible for, but not limited to the following tasks:
• Managing a staff of approximately 6-10 people. • Maintaining a high level of standard for customer service & product. • Training staff on daily store operations. • Performing opening & closing duties. • Assisting the Store Manager with clerical duties - inventory, daily paperwork, customer communications, etc. • Performing regular shift operations - taking orders, cooking, taking payments, etc. • General tidiness of the store.
Other Details:
• Full-time position, approximately 35 hours/week. • Heath & dental benefits package available. • Employee discount. • Must have Food Handlers certificate. • Must be available to work all shifts - days, evenings, and weekends.
