*Responsibilities*
* Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas according to established standards. * Conduct floor care including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing surfaces. * Manage laundry services, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens. * Restock supplies such as toiletries, towels, and cleaning products as needed. * Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. * Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations while performing all cleaning tasks. * Collaborate with other housekeeping staff to ensure efficient operations and guest satisfaction.
*Qualifications*
* Previous experience in housekeeping or janitorial roles is preferred; hotel or hospitality experience is a plus. * Familiarity with industrial cleaning techniques and custodial practices is advantageous. * Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions and maintain high standards of cleanliness. * Excellent time management skills to efficiently complete tasks within designated timeframes. * Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. * Good communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
