* Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat. * Provide accurate information about products and services, addressing customer questions and concerns. * Perform data entry tasks to update customer records and transaction details efficiently. * Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products or services to enhance customer satisfaction. * Maintain excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to foster positive customer relationships. * Analyze customer feedback and interactions to identify trends and areas for improvement. * Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues and ensure customer needs are met effectively.
*Experience*
* Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided. * Strong communication skills, including active listening and clear verbal expression. * Proficiency in data entry with attention to detail. * Ability to analyze information quickly and accurately to resolve issues efficiently. * Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is highly desirable; candidates with multilingual skills are encouraged to apply. * Familiarity with upselling techniques and sales strategies is a plus.
