Detailed Job Description
? Strong production support and debugging skills for AWS-hosted applications and infrastructure.
? Perform incident management, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis (RCA).
? Strong knowledge of AWS serverless services and observability tools (CloudWatch, logs, alerts).
? Handle deployment, change management, and release support.
? Ensure high availability, performance, and reliability of applications.
? Work with development teams for bug fixes and enhancements.
? Experience with AWS CDK, GitHub Actions, TypeScript or Node.js, and Docker/Kubernetes.
Key Skills
? Hands-on experience with core AWS services and production troubleshooting.
? Familiarity with AWS services including Lambda, RDS, Glue, CDK, CI/CD (GitHub Actions), ECS, EC2, Redshift, DynamoDB, Cloud Migration, Cost Optimization, Security, SQS, and SNS.
? Understanding of containerized environments (Docker/Kubernetes).
? Exposure to CI/CD concepts along with GitHub Actions.
