Work schedule may be changed to meet operational needs.LANGUAGE REQUIREMENTS: Bilingual essentialNOTE: Applicants must attach a resume to their application.JOB SUMMARY:The incumbent is responsible for registering patients; assigning beds, welcoming and directing clients or the public; providing telephone support and printing various reports. He or she will perform any other related tasks as required by operational needs.REQUIREMENTS: High school graduation or general education diploma (GED) plus an additional administrative support program/course of over six months and up to one year or equivalent; Medical terminology training or completion of such training within set timeframe; Good knowledge of computer tools and office automation applications and ability to use; Calm and flexible nature; Good public and interpersonal skills; Ability to work independently and as a team member; Physical ability to perform assigned duties; Good previous work history (performance and attendance); Adherence to professional ethics principles, to the Network management philosophy and organizational values; Compliance with the rules of confidentiality established by the Vitalité Health Network.
