We are seeking a friendly and detail-oriented Breakfast Attendant to join our team. This role is essential in providing guests with a welcoming breakfast experience and ensuring the breakfast area is clean, organized, and well-stocked. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, excellent customer service skills, and experience in food handling and food safety protocols. Previous restaurant or food industry experience is a plus, including hospitality background. *Duties*
* Prepare and serve breakfast items according to established standards, ensuring quality and presentation. * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the breakfast area, including tables, counters, and equipment. * Replenish food and beverage stations with fresh supplies throughout the shift. * Assist guests with food selections, answer questions about menu items, and provide exceptional customer service. * Follow food safety guidelines and proper food handling procedures at all times. * Monitor the buffet or serving area to ensure it remains tidy and inviting. * Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service during busy hours. * Restock supplies such as utensils, napkins, condiments, and beverages as needed. * Adhere to all health and safety regulations to maintain a safe environment for guests and staff.
*Skills*
* Previous experience in restaurant service or the food industry is preferred. * Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor. * Ability to serve guests efficiently while maintaining attention to detail. * Knowledge of food preparation techniques and food safety standards. * Experience with food handling, serving, and maintaining cleanliness in a hospitality setting. * Familiarity with coffee preparation is a plus. * Excellent communication skills and teamwork orientation. * Ability to work early mornings, weekends, or holidays as needed in a fast-paced environment.
