The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. *Responsibilities*
* Greet guests warmly and assist them with check-in and check-out procedures. * Answer phone calls promptly, providing information or directing calls as necessary. * Manage reservations and maintain an organized front desk area. * Handle guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism and efficiency. * Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and transactions. * Collaborate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction. * Uphold hotel policies and procedures while maintaining a high level of service.
*Skills*
* Previous experience in a front desk or receptionist role is preferred. * Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction. * Proficient in using phone systems and demonstrating excellent phone etiquette. * Knowledge of hospitality industry standards is beneficial. * Ability to work well under pressure while managing multiple tasks effectively. * Excellent interpersonal skills with a friendly demeanor.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Pay: $19.00-$21.00 per hour
