As we continue to grow, we're looking for a driven and technically minded Business Development / Outside Sales Representative to join our team. Location: London, Ontario Salary: $60,000 base + excellent commission structure Total earning potential: $85,000–$110,000+ What You'll Do • Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities in a B2B environment • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients across your territory • Conduct onsite visits, product discussions, and solution-based sales presentations • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term retention • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, forecasts, and pipeline development What We're Looking For • 1–3 years of outside B2B sales experience • A hunter mentality with a passion for prospecting and winning new accounts • Technically minded and comfortable learning product details and industry concepts • Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills • Must have a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle What We Offer • $60k base salary + excellent commission structure • Earning potential of $85k–$110k • Benefits package • 3 weeks vacation • Supportive, family-run environment where your contributions truly matter If you're ambitious, self-motivated, and ready to grow your sales career with a company that values you, we'd love to hear from you.
