To support our commitment to delivering best-in-class residential service, we are seeking a professional and experienced Concierge Guard to join our team. Responsibilities:
• Controlling all vehicles and pedestrian traffic entering the property • Greet direct, sign in guest(s) and answer pertinent questions • Monitor security cameras • Issue and receipt of keys to trades, building staff and contractors • Operate security equipment/systems, computers, radios and phones • Ensure that the Condominium Safety and Emergency Procedures are followed in response to Fire Alarms and other Site Emergencies • Create assigned reports • Program and manage access control systems for the entire complex • Monitor, Train, and evaluate a team of 4-6 staff members • Liaise with property management, board members and Elite management regarding pertinent security matters • Be the first and main point of contact in case of emergencies or any site related issues • Create and adjust staff schedules, ensure that contractually obligated services are met and provided and when necessary, fill in shifts. Requirements:
• 1+ years of experience as a Residential Concierge • Valid Ontario Security License • Valid First Aid and CPR Certification. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.<
