Living Grace Home Care & Wellness Inc. is seeking compassionate, dependable, and confident Nurses to join a growing pediatric home care team supporting a stable but medically complex infant transitioning home from hospital.
This is a unique opportunity to provide one-on-one nursing care in a family-centered environment while making a meaningful difference in a child's life.
*Schedule*
* Overnight Shifts Available * 11:00 PM ? 7:00 AM * Part-Time & Casual Opportunities Available
*Responsibilities*
* Tracheostomy care * Respiratory monitoring and support * G-tube feeds and medication administration * Suctioning as required * Vital signs monitoring * Ongoing assessment and documentation * Medical supply management and organization * Collaboration with family and healthcare team * Family education and support as appropriate * Provide overnight nursing care and clinical monitoring
*Qualifications Required*
* Registered Nurse (RN) or Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) in good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO) * Current CPR Certification * Current Vulnerable Sector Check * Ability to work independently in a home care environment * Strong assessment, communication, and documentation skills
*Assets*
* Pediatric nursing experience * Experience with tracheostomy care * Experience with respiratory support and monitoring * Experience with G-tube feeds and medication administration
*Trach, respiratory, and G-tube experience are assets but not required. Family-provided training will be available for the right candidate.*

Pay: $36.50-$44.00 per hour
