*Job Summary:*
The Manufacturing Engineer is responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing manufacturing processes to ensure efficient, high-quality, and cost-effective production. This role partners with cross-functional teams including production, quality, and supply chain to drive continuous improvement, support new product introductions, and solve complex production challenges.
*Job Duties:*
* Develop, evaluate, and improve manufacturing processes to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and maintain quality standards. * Collaborate with product design and engineering teams to support new product introductions, including process design, prototyping, and validation. * Conduct time studies, workflow analyses, and capacity planning to optimize production lines. * Troubleshoot manufacturing issues, implement corrective actions, and provide technical support to production teams. * Develop and maintain process documentation, work instructions, and standard operating procedures (SOPs). * Implement Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce waste. * Coordinate with maintenance and quality teams to ensure equipment reliability and compliance with safety standards. * Support automation initiatives and evaluate new manufacturing technologies for feasibility and ROI. * Monitor production metrics and provide data-driven recommendations for process improvements.
*Minimum Qualifications:*
* Bachelor?s degree in mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing, or Electrical Engineering, or a related field. * 3?7 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in switchgear, electrical, or industrial equipment manufacturing. * Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies. * Experience with process design, workflow optimization, and production planning. * Proficiency with CAD software and manufacturing simulation tools. * Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work cross-functionally. * Excellent communication and documentation skills.
*Preferred Qualifications:*

Pay: $116,000.00-$134,000.00 per year
