· Previous hands-on experience with applications built on IBM WebSphere Portal, IBM WebSphere Application Server and WSRP-based applications · AODA/WCAG Nice To Have Skills: · Extensive hands-on experience with Catalyst-based business registry and/or occupational registry systems and their related data models. (Highly preferred) · Proven ability to provide technical recommendations and create technical artefacts regarding database schemas, queries, data extracts, reports and DB performance while working within system and/or environment constraints · Public sector experience Responsibilities: Required to translate technical systems specifications into working, tested applications. This includes: developing detailed programming specifications writing and/or generating code compiling data-driven programs, and maintaining.
