Job Description About the Job: We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master with strong project management, stakeholder management, and technology delivery expertise to lead Agile teams delivering strategic technology and AI-driven initiatives. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between business stakeholders, technology teams, AI specialists, and executive leadership to ensure successful execution of programs aligned with organizational goals.

Position Responsibilities:
Agile Delivery & Project Management
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Drive Agile best practices and ensure adherence to Scrum principles.
• Manage project plans, timelines, dependencies, risks, and deliverables.
• Track and report project progress, team velocity, and delivery metrics.
• Remove impediments and enable teams to deliver high-quality outcomes.
Stakeholder Management
• Collaborate with business leaders, product owners, architects, and engineering teams to align priorities.
• Manage expectations of internal and external stakeholders.
• Facilitate decision-making and resolve conflicts across teams.
• Provide regular status updates and executive-level reporting.
AI Initiative Coordination
• Coordinate AI, GenAI, Machine Learning, and automation initiatives across business and technology teams.
• Support AI use case identification, prioritization, and implementation planning.
• Track AI program milestones, dependencies, and adoption metrics.
• Ensure alignment between AI initiatives and business objectives.
• Work closely with Data Science, Data Engineering, Security, Compliance, and Infrastructure teams.
Executive & Leadership Engagement
• Partner with C-Level executives, business unit heads, and senior leadership teams.
• Prepare executive dashboards, governance reports, and steering committee presentations.
• Facilitate governance meetings and drive action item closures.
• Translate technical concepts into business-friendly language for executive stakeholders.
