Job description:
We are looking for an experienced Chef to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate should have strong kitchen experience, good food safety knowledge, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
This is an overnight position. The candidate must be available to work late-night shifts until 5:00 AM as required by operational needs.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook menu items according to restaurant standards.
Maintain kitchen cleanliness and follow food safety regulations.
Manage food preparation and cooking to ensure consistent quality.
Monitor inventory and ingredient supply.
Train new staff and support daily kitchen operations.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of kitchen experience.
Strong food safety and ingredient handling knowledge.
Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen.
Available to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and overnight shifts until 5:00 AM.
Must be available to work over 40 hours per week as needed.
Must hold a valid work permit.
