Our client, a large manufacturing organization, is actively seeking an organized and tech-savvy Finance Manager to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity for a professional with a strong background in accounting and finance, ideally in a manufacturing environment. The successful candidate will have experience with SAP, strong knowledge of manufacturing, and will be highly organized.
Work Arrangement: 100% in-office in the Greater Kitchener-Waterloo-Cambridge area.

Primary Responsibilities:	 • Oversee the full accounts payable cycle, which is high-volume and fast-paced.	 • Lead month-end processes and reporting for AP, AR, and all other transactions.	 • Monitor complex cash flow and prepare/analyze cash flow statements and reports.	 • Complete complex foreign exchange analyses for multiple entities. 	 • Participate in an SAP S4HANA implementation project with a high degree of efficiency and attention to detail, and continue to monitor and improve the technology and systems used by the accounting department. 	 • Collaborate with other departments to improve financial processes.	 • Evaluate systems, software, and workflow, and implement process improvements.
Qualifications and Experience:	 • 5+ years of experience in a high-volume accounting environment, ideally in a manufacturing environment	 • Experience with complex cashflow forecasting and foreign exchange analysis is an asset	 • Bachelor’s degree in a related field; CPA preferred 	 • Proficiency with SAP an asset	 • Advanced Excel skills required	 • High level of organization and detail orientation	 • Strong communication skills
