A renowned non-profit organization in Hamilton is seeking a Senior Accountant to join its collaborative finance team on a 6 month contract, with the strong potential to transition into a permanent role. Responsibilities:	 • Manage full-cycle accounting, including journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end close activities	 • Assist with financial reporting and support the Director of Finance with ad-hoc analysis	 • Ensure accuracy and timeliness of accounting processes	 • Contribute to process improvements and system efficiencies Qualifications:	 • 3+ years of full-cycle accounting experience	 • Strong knowledge of journal entries and month-end procedures	 • CPA designation or working toward it is an asset, not a requirement	 • Non-profit experience is an advantage but not mandatory	 • Available to start right away.
