*About the Role:*
As *Assistant Manager*, you help own the success of the store by driving sales, coaching and developing your team, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations in a fast-paced retail environment. We?re looking for someone who can *lead with excellence* and bring energy, competitiveness, and commitment to every shift.
*Key Responsibilities:*
* *Team Development & Leadership* ? Train and develop a high-performing team. * *Sales & Profitability* ? Drive individual and store performance to exceed company sales goals and profit expectations. * *Operational Excellence* ? Execute daily store operations, including inventory management, floor sets, and company initiatives.
*What You Bring:*
? *1-3 years of retail experience*, including previous management experience. ? Strong ability to *train, develop, and lead employees* to success. ? A *competitive, energetic, and goal-driven* mindset. ? Ability to work a *flexible schedule*, including nights, weekends, and holidays. ? Excellent *customer service and sales* skills with a positive, outgoing attitude. ? A proven track record of maintaining *operational efficiency* in a retail setting.
