Accountable for the full end to end recruitment lifecycle of Retail Management positions within your regionImplement creative attraction strategies to generate top talent for the vacanciesEnsure the Primark employer branding is reflected throughout the whole recruitment processEnsure the selection process is fair and consistent, in line with Primark policiesSource talent and build and maintain effective talent banks for key roles and key locations utilising the CRMEffectively manage and monitor key metrics relating to all aspects of recruitmentUpdate reports and provide comms to key business stakeholders What You’ll Bring

A proven recruiter with an in-house or specialist agency background working in either Retail or HospitalityUnderstanding of the recruitment life cycle, inclusive hiring practices and the ability to identify and search for top talentSocial media skills, with knowledge of how best to use a variety of platforms to attract talent in line with the company EVPExcellent collaboration skills with the ability to engage and influencePassionate about doing a great job!Does this sound like you?
