*Bartender ? High Volume Sports Bar*
We are hiring an experienced Bartender for a fast-paced, high-volume environment. This is not an entry-level role. You must be able to handle pressure, move with urgency, and deliver consistent service without supervision.
If you are slow, inexperienced, or not comfortable with busy shifts, this role will not be a fit.
*Requirements (Must Have)*
* Minimum 5+ years bartending experience in a high-volume bar or restaurant * Strong speed and accuracy in drink preparation (no over-pouring, no delays) * Proven ability to handle rush periods independently * Experience using POS systems (Micros or Silverware preferred) * Full availability including nights, weekends, and holidays * Ability to stand and perform under pressure for 6?8+ hour shifts * Valid Smart Serve (or equivalent certification)
*Core Responsibilities*
* Execute drink orders quickly and accurately during peak service * Maintain full control of bar operations (cleanliness, stock, flow) * Deliver direct, professional, and efficient guest service * Monitor alcohol consumption and follow responsible service standards * Handle cash and payments with zero errors * Support the team and step into service gaps when needed

Pay: $17.60 per hour
