About this role
A waiter or waitress, also known as a server, is responsible for providing excellent customer service in restaurants. Candidate must be over 18 to work in the company as Minors are not allowed in Premisaes.
* Greet and seat guests. * Take food and drink orders. * Serve orders accurately and promptly. * Manage checks and process payments. * Address customer requests and concerns. * Maintain table cleanliness. * Collaborate with kitchen staff. * Promote menu items and upsell. * Handle cash and follow restaurant policies. * Work as a team with other staff. * Maintain personal hygiene and cleanliness. * Possess good communication and customer service skills.
Additionally Tips will be given to servers.
