As we continue to grow, we are looking for a *Customer Service Representative (CSR)* to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to provide exceptional customer service by preparing quotes, processing orders, and resolving customer inquiries and concerns, primarily over the phone.

With training, the successful candidate will develop a strong understanding of The Iceman's products, services, pricing, and customer service procedures. As the CSR is often the first and main point of contact for our customers, strong communication skills and a high level of accuracy and attention to detail are essential.

*Schedule & Compensation*

* Wednesday to Saturday (4 shifts per week), with the opportunity for an additional fifth shift. * Shift: 2:00pm - 10:00pm * Compensation: $21 per hour

*Responsibilities*

* Answer customer calls, provide quotes, and take orders for ice products and services * Resolve customer concerns and complaints in a professional manner * Respond to customer inquiries via email * Accurately enter customer information and orders into the CRM system * Forward completed orders to dispatch for fulfillment * Process customer payments * Follow up with customers as directed by management * Develop knowledge of company products, pricing, and procedures * Work closely with the Operations Team to ensure customer expectations are met * Other duties as assigned

*Requirements*

* Previous customer service experience, preferably in an order-taking role * Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office; CRM experience is an asset * Excellent customer service and communication skills * Strong attention to detail and ability to learn quickly * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs
