What you will do: Label precast concrete products according to specifications Grind and finish concrete surfaces to required standards Install embedded components Repair surface defects, air voids, and minor damage Inspect products to ensure compliance with CSA and quality standards Assist with general labor and production tasks Follow all safety policies What you will bring: Experience in concrete finishing, construction, or manufacturing is an asset Ability to perform physically demanding work, including lift 50 lbs Ability to stand, walk, crouch, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods Comfortable working with power tools Ability to work outdoors and in variable weather conditions Comfortable working in environments with noise and dust
