Shift hours may consist of: 11-7pm, 3-11pm, 5pm - 9pm or 4-close.

Responsibilities:
- Preparation and service of beverages for table service or at the bar for the guests.
- Operation of the POS, i.e., obtaining the till and keys from the office, opening, and closing of the bar. Cash exchange, locking up the cabinets and coolers after the evening shift. The bartender is also required to close off the cash register.
- Stocking of the bar i.e., fruit, juices, alcohol, beer, wine, and pop. This is all done at the beginning of the shift.
- Cleaning of the bar i.e., back of bar ? mopping, cleaning of receptacles for beer/pop, coolers, juice containers. Vacuuming, cleaning of mirrors, and windows are also required on a daily basis.
- Working closely with other bartenders in the dining room during the meal hours.
Job Specification:
- Background in hospitality industry (bar) is an asset.
- Conscientious, takes own initiative, quick to learn, to be quick on your feet, and move with assurance.
- Previous cash handling and computer experience.
- Well groomed, warm, and friendly.
- Good guest relations and knowledge of the Resort.
- May be required to work elsewhere on the Resort if needed.
- Must be available to work days, evenings, holidays, and weekends.
Working Conditions:
- Walk and stand for the duration of shifts.
- Lift and carry trays up to 25 lbs unassisted.
