*Responsibilities*
* Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs. * Conduct product demonstrations to educate customers about features and benefits. * Previous fitness industry experience is highly valued. * Utilize effective sales techniques, including upselling, to maximize sales opportunities. * Maintain knowledge of current promotions, policies regarding payment and exchanges, and security practices. * Process transactions accurately through cashiering duties while ensuring a positive customer experience. * Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly with professionalism. * Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and maintain a well-organized sales floor. * Stay updated on new products and technology trends to provide informed recommendations.
*Skills*
* Proven experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred. * Strong phone etiquette for handling customer inquiries effectively. * Ability to perform basic math calculations for transactions and inventory management. * Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively. * Experience in technology sales or technical sales is a plus. * Familiarity with product demos and the ability to convey technical information clearly. * A proactive approach to upselling products and enhancing customer satisfaction.
