Independently performs repairs/installations on a wide variety of complex building systems and equipment. Human Resources Exemption: No Education- Building Systems Technician certificateLicenses- Power Engineering License pursuant to the Boiler & Pressure Vessels Safety Act- Valid Class 5 driver's licenseOther Education and Training- Pool Operator certificate, where required- Refrigeration Plant Operator certificate, where required by the job- as required by the Boiler and Pressure Vessels Safety Act- Refrigeration Engineer certificate, where required by the job- 5th Class Engineering certificate, as required by theCompetencies- Communication skills- Organizational skills- Interpersonal skills- Intermediate - Computer skillsKnowledge and Abilities- Knowledge of tools and equipment- Ability to work independentlyOther Information- No guaranteed hours.
