*What You'll Do:*
* Welcome clients warmly and help set the tone for a relaxing visit * Answer phone calls and respond to emails with professionalism and care * Manage bookings, cancellations, and schedule coordination * Process payments, retail purchases, and gift certificates with accuracy * Support daily spa operations?keep common areas tidy, stocked, and serene * Assist with retail displays and inventory management * Be a friendly, informed point of contact for questions about our services, products, and team

*Qualifications:*
* *Previous experience in reception, hospitality, or customer service, *preferably spa or wellness experience * Familiarity with booking software is a plus (training provided) * Professional communication skills and a calm, welcoming demeanour * Availability for daytime, evenings, and weekends as needed
