Rockwell is seeking to hire a Landscape team lead to join our team and assist with a variety of outdoor landscaping projects. This role involves hands-on work in maintaining and enhancing residential and commercial landscapes, ensuring high-quality results. The ideal candidate will have a passion for outdoor work, a strong work ethic, and the ability to operate various tools and equipment safely and efficiently. - Must be proficient in organizing and directing employees - Works well with others- MUST be able to tow trailer- MUST have Valid drivers license. - Must have a general understanding of base works and landscaping- able to follow instructions and read grade stakes/drawings- able to comply with OHS regulations- have a professional and courteous attitude- be able to pass criminal record check- candidates with experience in other equipment such as excavators/skid steers would be an asset Wage dependent on experience.
