About this role

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, addressing their inquiries, and resolving any issues they may encounter. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to analyze customer needs effectively. Those with prior vaping product knowledge are highly encouraged to apply.

*Responsibilities:*

* Handle customer inquiries and complaints * Provide information about the products and services * Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns * Cash handling * Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services * Opening and closing duties * Age verification * Maintain a clean and well organized store/stock

?*Qualifications:*

* Must be 19+ * Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields * Ability to build rapport with clients * Ability to prioritize and multitask * Positive and professional demeanor * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Must be punctual * Moderate vape product knowledge an asset * Must have or be willing to obtain SFOA, 2017 certificate
