All-Rite Mechanical has been Southern Saskatchewan's trusted commercial mechanical contractor for over 35 years. We're growing our HVAC service team and looking to add one more qualified technician to our team.

A knowledgeable, dependable tradesperson who takes ownership of their work and genuinely enjoys the trade. Someone who works well as part of a team, communicates well, and isn't afraid to share what they know ? we value techs who take an interest in mentoring apprentices and helping the next generation build their skills. What you bring:
Red Seal / Journeyperson HVAC or Refrigeration ticket (required)
Solid experience in commercial HVAC installation, service, and troubleshooting
A genuine interest in the trade and a willingness to mentor and share knowledge with apprentices
Maturity, reliability, and sound judgment working independently or as part of a crew
Strong communication skills and a team-first mindset

Pay: $40.00-$55.00 per hour
