Willowbrook Nurseries is growing, and we are looking for an experienced, dependable mechanic to join our maintenance team immediately.
This is not a small shop or repetitive dealership environment.
Our operation supports nearly 300 acres of production and shipping across multiple locations, running a large fleet of agricultural, transport, and operational equipment critical to the success of our business every day.
We are looking for someone who enjoys real hands-on mechanical work, strong troubleshooting, variety in their day, and being part of a hardworking team where their skills are genuinely valued and respected.
Our Fleet Includes
* Large fleet of tractors * Agricultural equipment and Kubotas * Forklifts * Pickup trucks and vans * Straight trucks * 53-foot trailers * Diesel and gas-powered equipment * Hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical systems * Older equipment requiring advanced troubleshooting and mechanical knowledge
No two days are the same. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, independent work, and keeping a fast-paced operation running efficiently.

What We?re Looking For
* 310T, 310S, or Agricultural Equipment Technician experience * Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities * Experience with diesel, hydraulic, and electrical systems * Welding and fabrication experience is considered an asset * Strong work ethic and reliability * Ability to work independently and stay organized * Someone who takes pride in their work and ownership of their responsibilities
