Join Our Family Farm Team We are a multi-generational family farm located approximately 15 mins west of Moose Jaw. We operate approximately 10,000 acres of cultivated land and a 250-head commercial cattle herd. We run up to date and well-maintained equipment. We are looking for a dependable, motivated individual who enjoys working outdoors and takes pride in doing quality work.This is a full-time position that offers a variety of responsibilities throughout the year. No two days are exactly the same.What You'll Do:Operate and maintain farm equipmentHaul grain and agricultural productsAssist with seeding, spraying, haying, and harvest operationsPerform general shop and yard dutiesComplete light mechanical repairs and equipment maintenanceAssist with loading, unloading, and material handlingCarry out general labour tasks as requiredWork safely in a fast-paced agricultural environmentWhat We're Looking For - Preferred Qualifications:Class 1A driver's licence (strongly preferred)Minimum 4 years of experience operating heavy-duty machinery and/or farm equipmentExperience hauling grain or agricultural productsMechanical aptitude and basic repair skillsExperience working with cattle is an asset but not a requirementPersonal Qualities:Reliable and self-motivatedStrong work ethic and positive attitudeAbility to work independently and as part of a teamWillingness to learn and take on a variety of tasksCommitment to safety and equipment careWorking Conditions:This position requires working outdoors in all seasons and weather conditions.
