*Job Summary*
Pietra Surfaces is hiring an experienced and highly organized Operations and Warehouse Manager to oversee the daily operations of our natural stone slab warehouse. We are looking for someone with industry experience handling stone slabs, operating warehouse equipment, and coordinating logistics with fabricators.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safe movement, organization, and shipment of our inventory while maintaining an efficient and well-managed warehouse as well as maintaining relationships with fabriactors.
*Responsibilities*
* Safely operate overhead cranes and forklifts to move, organize, and load natural stone slabs. * Prepare and load customer orders and outbound shipments accurately and efficiently. * Receive, unload, inspect, and organize incoming slab deliveries. * Coordinate delivery schedules and shipments with fabricators, transportation companies, and customers. * Manage the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, ensuring inventory is organized and easily accessible. * Maintain accurate inventory and assist with stock management. * Ensure all warehouse equipment is operated safely and maintained properly. * Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment. * Work closely with the showroom and sales team to prioritize orders and customer pickups. * Supporting sales team managing fabricator accounts and ensuring a seamless customer experience from order placement through fulfilment
*Skills*
* Strong leadership with proven supervising experience in warehouse or manufacturing environments. * Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently. * Experience operating forklifts and handling heavy lifting safely within the warehouse setting. * Strong communication skills to coordinate with internal teams and external partners effectively. * Supply chain coordination * Inventory control * Account management * Fabricator relations * Team leadership * Cross-functional collaboration * Ontario Forklift and Crane certifications required

Pay: $60,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
