PART TIME - DENTAL HYGIENIST WANTED!

We?re busy and expanding our team again! We are a well established, professional periodontal office looking for a part-time dental hygienist who will feel right at home with our team.

Part-Time: 2-3 days a week.
*Responsibilities:*
* Perform periodontal assessments, charting, and periodontal maintenance * Provide non-surgical periodontal therapy, including scaling and root planing * Take diagnostic radiographs and monitor periodontal health * Educate patients on periodontal disease and individualized oral hygiene care * Administer local anesthesia as needed * Assist the periodontist during procedures and maintain a clean, sterile operatory * Accurately document findings and treatment in electronic dental records
*Skills:*
* Strong communication and patient education skills * Attention to detail and clinical precision * Ability to work collaboratively in a periodontal specialty practice * Knowledge of periodontal procedures, terminology, and instruments is an asset * Comfortable using dentrix software and electronic charting is an asset
Please note that a valid dental hygiene license with local anesthetic module completed is required for this position.
