*Responsibilities*
* Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards. * Assist in the setup and breakdown of the kitchen before and after service. * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including proper food handling and sanitation practices. * Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours. * Monitor food stock levels and assist with inventory management. * Follow all food safety guidelines to ensure the health and safety of our guests. * Help train new kitchen staff on food preparation techniques and safety protocols.
*Experience*
* Previous experience in restaurants is preferred. * Familiarity with food handling procedures and safety regulations within the food industry. * Strong understanding of kitchen equipment and cooking techniques. * Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail. * Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset. * A passion for cooking and willingness to learn new skills in the kitchen.
