We are looking for an Experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join our team!
Belleville's a high-volume independent business located in Victoria's Inner Harbor that caters to locals and tourists alike. We are a lively venue with a huge focus on providing great service and high quality products, from our scratch kitchen to our extensive cocktail menu.
About the Role:
The Restaurant Supervisor will work directly with our management team to oversee daily business operations and ensure the success of our restaurant. The primary focus of this role is to help run the floor by monitoring service, motivating/assisting staff, Handling QSA's/Voids/Promos and service issues, interacting with customers, and most importantly, helping to create a fun, inclusive atmosphere for patrons and staff alike.
Our ideal candidate is someone with at least 2 years of experience serving as well as leadership experience. We are looking for a self-motivated individual who is approachable, organized, and able to effectively oversee service standards.
In addition to an hourly wage of $23 per hour, our Full-Time Supervisor will also receive tip pool.
