We?re looking for a reliable, hardworking *Restoration Technician* to join our team. If you?re someone who takes pride in your work, shows up ready to go, and can handle fast-paced emergency situations, we want to hear from you.
*What You?ll Be Doing:*
* Responding to emergency calls (water damage, sewage backups, mold, fire, etc.) * Setting up drying equipment (air movers, dehumidifiers, air scrubbers) * Performing water extraction and demolition as required * Handling mold remediation and environmental cleaning * Monitoring and documenting drying progress (moisture readings, photos, reports) * Ensuring all work meets industry standards (IICRC S500 / S520) * Maintaining a clean and safe job site * Communicating with homeowners, tenants, and property managers professionally
*What We?re Looking For:*
* Previous restoration experience is an asset (training can be provided) * Strong work ethic and reliability ? no babysitting required * Ability to work long hours when needed (emergency work environment) * Valid driver?s license * Comfortable working in physically demanding conditions * Ability to work independently and as part of a team
