*Job Summary:*
We are seeking a metal fabricator for our shop. The ideal candidate will have experience with machinery including drill presses, bandsaws, brakes presses & milling machines etc. Welding experience will be considered an asset. Candidate will also be trained on the job and as work progresses.
*Essential Responsibilities:*
* Reading and interpreting engineering drawings/blueprint * Fabrication of metal items * Following quality control standards * General shop activities including maintaining good housekeeping * Other tasks as assigned
*Qualifications/Requirements:*
* Physically demanding, including lifting material up to 20 kg (44lbs) * Good attention to detail * Fast-paced environment * Work indoors and outdoors * Able to work independently and assist others * Good punctuality and attendance * Steel-toe safety boots
